GCRFF awards ~US$ 10 million network grant to SHE-HEALS

We’re proud to announce this major step forward for women’s cardiovascular health. A global research network spanning 13 institutions across 7 countries led by Prof Ziad Mallat (University of Cambridge) and Prof Martha Hickey (University of Melbourne), has been awarded ~US $10 million by a sub-group of the Global Cardiovascular Research Funders Forum to launch SHE‑HEALS – a groundbreaking study set to advance our understanding of how menopause affects heart health.
